There was a time when I enjoyed white wines much more than reds. Now the roles have reversed. However, I am never too good to try a white. Sometimes I just need the clean crisp flavor to awaken my palette. This is what the Claire Randall white did for me. There was something not too dry or too sweet. The blend of 60% Viognier and 40% Pinot Gris is perfect. It’s the kind of wine you would sip casually with friends or with a nice chicken dish. I would bring it to book club if the ladies were in the mood for white.
Additionally, the label on this one is incredibly beautiful.
