While I was at the RT convention there was talk of a new company starting up. They are like the Netflix for the romance community. The company is called Passionflix. They haven’t fully launched yet but they have content already lined up for release once they are finally opened up for everyone.
Basically Passionflix is going to be like Netflix. You will pay a monthly subscription fee in order to have access to content. They are turning bestselling romance novels into movies that we will get to watch at home. I am really excited because they are turning Sylvia Day’s Afterburn/Aftershock series into movies. They have Alessandra’s Torre’s Hollywood Dirt due to release in September, and a few more. I am SO EXCITED. I am on the pre-subscribe list because I want to be one of the firsts to get my eyes on some of these movies. I personally think that it will be a great little treat for myself after a long day of being mommy or just a long day in general.
